This waterproof document cover with Velcro fastener is part of the basic equipment for every outdoor-friend with water-sensitive luggage - whether trekking in the rain, fishing on the water or canoeing on the lake. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is flexible so that it can be folded easily.
