The tried and tested "boonie hat", popularly known as a brimmed hat, originally became well known as a US Army tropical hat. Also 55 Years later, it enjoys great popularity and is increasingly being traded as a piece of clothing for everyone. With its wide brim, it reliably protects your head and face from the sun's rays. In the sturdy ripstop version, the lightweight "Boonie Hat" is particularly tear-resistant and hard-wearing, but can also be rolled up and tucked into a trouser pocket.

Four ventilation holes with insect screens prevent small insects from entering and the breathable, skin-friendly cotton fabric ensures pleasant air circulation and thus increases comfort.
