A winter hat that not only provides sufficient warmth on cold days, but also offers an interesting mix between a capka and a peaked cap. The soft, short-pile synthetic fur is moisture-regulating and offers a high level of comfort as well as warmth. It covers the ear flaps and neck area. The fixed peak protects against both sun and drizzle and provides the missing frontal protection that a classic capka does not offer. The outer material is water and wind repellent. The inner lining provides additional warmth at the lowest temperatures. On warm fall days, the ear flaps should be fixed above the cap so that excess heat can escape more easily and noises or conversations on the day's tour can be heard better. The adjustable leather strap with 2 press studs not only adds a visual accent, but also ensures that the hat stays in place when buttoned up under the chin on stormy day trips. Rabbit fur is deliberately not used. The soft faux fur is based on polyester fibers. The high density of the synthetic fur generates just as much warmth as the real fur, especially as the synthetic fur does not start to smell unpleasant when it comes into contact with moisture. Real fur also has a significantly worse environmental footprint.
