If the bag needs to be stored in a suitcase or gym locker, it can be folded up easily. The bag can be carried by hand or casually shouldered using the shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is ergonomically padded to relieve pressure on the shoulders and neck when carrying heavy items. The shoulder strap can be stowed in the bag when not in use. The patch front pockets can be opened and closed at the touch of a button. After training in the gym, a water bottle can be attached to the outside of the duffle bag so that it is always to hand on the train, in the car or on the bike. Whether for training or outings, dirty shoes or worn clothing can be stored separately thanks to the separate, spacious bottom compartment.
